Before a Zoom call on a Monday

We are the only species in the universe (as far as we know) who have the ability to share our personal histories, desires, aspirations, fears and recriminations with others ---through all the many ways that we've developed. Communication for our species is through our creations ---in writing, painting, photographs, dance, etc. Unlike other species, we are able to communicate in non-ritualistic ways, so words can "sing" or fall flat and lay soggily on the page.
