I know, I know, it’s India’s Independence Day . . . but this year, it’s also the day that I’m hosting a reading of part of my new collection of essays and inviting all of you to the Q&A.
I can take questions by text or email from those too far away to attend in person. But, that’s in the future. For now, here are the particulars.
and an end-of-summer gathering at:
That’s in Somerville, MA, my hometown.
The venue has a full and delicious menu with libations both alcoholic and non. I hope you’ll eat little before you come and spend some money at the Rooted Cafe.
Time: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
I’ll be selling the collection. And, more importantly, will donate 50 percent of the sales to the ACLU (as I’ve been doing periodically).
Please mark your calendars and tell your friends.

Wish I could be there in person, Amit! I played there at the Armory last October with my band Blowcomotion, for the Honk! festival. First time back in Somerville in years.
